CAR is a meta-harness on top of your favorite coding agent that allows you to have an engineering team in your pocket anywhere you go. Self host on a Mac mini or any linux machine, use your existing coding subscriptions, and work on multi-hour and multi-day builds. You do the planning the agents take care of the rest.
